Philadelphia, is an open-air lifestyle shopping center with 14 buildings,
30 tenants and approximately 72,400 square feet. Easily accessed
via Lancaster Avenue, a major thoroughfare connecting the heart of
several upscale towns on the Main Line, our Village features:

As local competitors ride out this Economic Downturn, we’ve seized the opportunity to position the Eagle Village Shops as the premier shopping destination for our local, affluent clientele.
CNNMoney.com named Radnor Township #37 in its last annual "100 Best Places to Live and Launch". This report cites Radnor’s favorable employment pool, location on Philadelphia’s distinguished Main Line and highly desirable demographics. In Eagle Village Shops’ three-mile radius, income exceeds $140,000 for the 49,213 households. ClaritasTM MDI rankings also show that 71% of the households within this three-mile radius rank in the nation’s top nine lifestyle segments.
We are making significant investments in developing new marketing programs for the Eagle Village Shops. Lifestyle segmentation strategies, e-mail initiatives and a "brand overhaul" are just three ways we are working with our tenants to improve targeting, raise awareness and increase traffic. A Village-wide Brand Launch Campaign began in November 2009.
The Eagle Village Shops "Brand Launch" signaled the completion of Phase Two of our Revitalization project. In 4Q09, we finished a multi-million dollar effort to improve our facilities, increase dining options and enhance our tenant mix.
